Motion carried to have the secretary make 25 extra copies of each months' minutes to be shared with area officers and other districts.

Motion carried to have DCM send postcards as reminders of District meetings.

Group Conscience Decision: Motion made that if officers miss two consecutive meetings, they are talked to. If three are missed, find a permanent replacement for them.

Motion to include the Alt. DCM along with the Committee Chairs and DCM (travel expenses).

Motion to have the treasurer prepare a forecast based on the last two years of expenses.

Motion that said, “In case of emergency, when the Action Committee Chair can’t go, and the Alt. Can’t go; the Action Committee Chair can appoint someone to go in his place, but should to try and get district approval.”

At the beginning of each rotation $50.00 each for the DCM,Treasurer, and Secretary for supplies is approved for supplies needed. Any unused monies to be returned to the District.

Motion passed regarding Alternate Committee Chairs attendance. First meeting missed the person calls the DCM to be excused. Second time missed DCM calls the Alternate. The third time missed the body makes the decision whether to dismiss them from their position or not.

Motion passed to provide Secretary with requested funds, $139, for supplies; case of paper, ink, envelopes and roll of stamps.

Motion passed to provide Alt DCM with $35 to replace ink for printer to print minutes.
