Motion passed to have District 8 DCM talk with District 9 DCM regarding miscommunication going on with District 9 about the C/T commitments in a lot of different situations. Treatment facilities are asking District 8 to do commitments.

Motion passed to put in minutes the next 4 to 8 weeks of groups signed up to volunteer to speak at treatment centers.

Motion passed to have the two DCM’s and two Correction’s Chairs from District 8 and 9 arrange to meet and bring to the facility a plan on future meetings at Mesabi Academy in Buhl.
