February 1986¶

Motion carried to support the Southern Area in its bid for the 1990 convention.

September 2005¶

District supporting one to attend the West Regional Forum in Great Falls, MT. of $250 and reimburse him if over that amount. Also, to bring back a report to the District. Motion made. Motion seconded. Motion carried.

February 2007¶

Motion passed to provide $250 for DCM to attend West Central Regional AA Service Conference in Lincoln, NE.

August 2007¶

Motion passed to provide $250 for DCM to attend West Central Regional Forum in Omaha, NE.

February 2009¶

Motion passed to send DCM to WCRAASC with $250. Unused monies to be returned to the district.

August 2009¶

Motion passed to send DCM, Alt. DCM, Committee Chairs or their alternates to the Regional Forum. The amount of funding will be determined at the next district meeting when we see what our financial status is.

February 2010¶

Motion passed to support DCM in the amount of $250.00 to attend the West Central Regional Conference in Dubuque, Iowa.

January 2011¶

Motion passed to give a total $75.00 for meals and gas for the two individuals to attend the Juvenile Conference with the intent of using one vehicle.

Motion passed to support DCM in the amount of $250.00 to attend the West Central Regional Conference.

August 2011¶

Motion passed to support DCM in the amount of $285.00 to attend the West Central Regional Forum in Iowa.

August 2013¶

Motion was made and second received to authorize $250.00 expense to fund our DCM to attend the West Central Regional Forum in Bloomington, MN and return unused funds.

February 2014¶

Motion passed to support DCM with $300 to attend WCRSC in Minneapolis, February 28 - March 2, 2014.

January 2015¶

Motion passed to fund DCM with $300 to attend WCRSC in Norfolk, NE Feb 27 - Mar 1, 2015.

August 2015¶

Motion passed to send DCM to Casper, WY for WCRF and to provide $350 with any unused funds to be returned to District.

March 2016¶

Motion passed to support one attendance at WCRASC with $150 for expenses. Discussion - attendance was not discussed at district, others may have wanted to go if they knew expenses were paid.

January 2017¶

Motion passed to provide Alt DCM with $600 to attend WCRRAASC in Wyoming, with any leftover monies returned to the district.

March 2017¶

Motion passed to provide one with $700 to attend WCRAASC in Wyoming as Alt DCM is unable to attend. All unused monies will be returned to district.

August 2017¶

Motion passed to provide Corrections Alt Chair, with $400 for expenses to attend WCRAAF in Sioux Falls, SD with unused monies returned to the district.

January 2023¶

West Central Regional Service Conference (Omaha): motion to provide $410 for DCM to attend

motion: to combine the Zonal forum with the Tri-District Workshop, if all districts involved agree to do so.

Zonal Forum at Tri District Workshop declined by the Tri District committee.

September 8, 2025¶

New DCM to attend the WCRAAF, provided he is available to attend. The District will cover associated costs.
