Committee meetings: It will so note in minutes that meetings will be held at 6:30 pm prior to the district business meeting.

Motion carried to set guideline in writing for officers and chair people for what they are responsible for and what district will support.

Motion to form district committee to visit groups on 5th meeting of the month. Discussion and was noted that district is not in shape to do this as this should be an individual group function to decide to do.

Motion made and passed to have DCM and Alt. DCM coordinate a meeting for district chairs to present agenda items for discussion.
