Motion made to send minutes to AA members who are not officers or GSR’s. Those members are to provide a self addressed stamped envelope to the secretary. Motion seconded. Motion carried.

Discussion on AA mailing list being used by Al-anon. Some have gotten mail for meetings and activities. And that our AA mailing list is confidential. It was motioned to discuss at a later time.

Motion was made to mail article, The Buck Stops Here with the minutes this month. Motion was seconded.
November 2005¶
Action Booklet update. The committee met at District Secretary's home. Information is ready to be put together. DCM is checking on a copy of floppy disc with information already on it, to add District 8 Meeting motions from the last two years. An Officer can have copies made free. All we need to supply is the paper. Motion was made to have 75 copies made. Motion seconded. Motion carried. One opposed. With the availability to make more if needed.
