Telephone listing will be dropped next year due to lack of funds and groups participating.

Telephone service charge is $28.00 per month.

Five phone numbers will be carried in new listing at $6.00 each for the five groups.

The telephone costs $36.00/month; 4 or 5 groups are supposed to contribute.

Reported AA is listed under Alcoholism Treatment.

Will research the problem of finding someone responsible to list in the Bell system to answer AA calls.

Will leave his number as AA’s at a cost of $39.68/month. If your group wants to sponsor a telephone listing, let this be a group decision.

We will have to change the listing to that of a more active member. Have one month to supply new phone number to phone company.

A member will list his number for AA.

We have 7 groups supporting the phone listing resulting in a cost of $5.00 to each group.

District declined to reimburse a $16.00 Northwestern Bell service fee regarding Virginia listing. It was decided that the telephone listing is a group responsibility; not district. Motion carried that a letter be sent to all groups in the district regarding sharing of telephone costs.

Suggested by DCM, regarding telephone, that Alcoholics Anonymous is listed in the white pages only and not in the yellow. This would reduce the costs.

The member reported the telephone listing costs an additional $3.00 per month to have number listed in yellow pages.
