Reiterated that it has been past practice to place those people on the mailing list for minutes that request it.

Motion passed to update District Action Booklet every two years.

March 1994¶

Decided the following will get district minutes to help reduce mailing cost: DCM, Past DCM upon request, Alt. DCM, district officers, district chairs, GSR’s, Area Archives, Area Alt. Delegate and Area chairperson.

May 1994¶

In district minutes, District Officers full names may be used and first names and last initials of GSR’s.

February 2004¶

Motion made to approve 40 copies of the new District Action Booklet. Motion seconded. Motion carried.

October 2008¶

Motion passed to take to home groups as to whether or not the district should have business cards with district phone number, website, and place for individual numbers.

August 2010¶

Motion passed to have our DCM, draw up a proposal for the adoption of a policy regarding flyers on Area 35 Website.

August 2011¶

Motion failed for any AA member requesting District 8 meeting minutes must submit request in writing for approval by the district.

December 2011¶

Motion passed to have incoming DCM and incoming Secretary form a committee to update the District 8 Action Booklet.

January 2014¶

Motion passed to approve funding for action booklet. 50 copies, 8x5.5, cone binding = $132.50 and $2.65 per copy. It is current until last rotation.

January 2016¶

Motion passed to keep Past Action Booklet as is. Motion to print 50 copies and fund it.

March 6, 2024¶

Allow Literature Chair to get 50 copies of the Past Action Booklet for $600, with any unused funds returned. Pass
