October 1996¶
Passed to give Alt. DCM $125.00 to make deposit on the Gilbert Community Center for the Area Archives workshop.
November 1996¶
Passed to authorize Archive chair, to purchase necessary items for the upcoming Archives workshop in Gilbert, such as coffee, cups, cookies, etc., with the understanding that the district will reimburse his costs.
November 1997¶
Passed that a member volunteered to accept Archives Chair.
July 1998¶
Motion made and approved that $70 stipend be given to either the district Archivist or Alternate Archivist to attend the Area Archives Workshop in Waite Park, MN on July 11, 1998.
April 2001¶
Motion made and approved to give a member the OK to form a committee for speakers for Pioneer Panel.
June 2003¶
Motion made and approved to have a member purchase newsletter and make copies to be sent with this set of minutes.

District Archives Chair resigned. Alt. Archives said he would take Archives position. Motion made. Motion seconded. Motion carried.

Motion was made to have GSR’s take back to their groups interested in Alt. Archives position. Motion seconded. Motion carried.

Alt. Archives –Wednesday Women’s group nominated a member for position. Motion made. Motion seconded. Motion carried.
May 2008¶
Motion passed to fund Alt. Archives chair $75 to attend Archives Workshop in Bemidji on June 7th. Unused monies to be returned to the district.
April 2014¶
Motion passed to reimburse Alt. Archives chair $65.75. This is half of his expenses as his group funded the other half.
December 2014¶
Motion passed to purchase new recorder for Archives. Archive Chairs recorder is not our missing recorder. Researched and talked to Are Archives for, model and price range suggested = $85.50.
April 2016¶
Motion passed to provide Archives Chair, with $20 to purchase flash drive to archive district minutes.
